My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and presentable, although I wished they had been dusted more frequently. The switch from a king bed to two queen beds was a nice surprise. The service was exceptional, with staff offering delivery from other restaurants and being very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, being close to the Westfarms Mall and various dining options, but the environment felt a bit cafeteria-like. Dining was decent, with special thanks to the attentive staff members who took care of us, but some improvements could be made, especially in terms of pricing. The facilities were well-maintained, but a bit pricey for the value offered.
